Hey Product Hunt, I'm Chidozie, a solo founder in Lagos, and I built AdimFit end to end.
I kept quitting fitness apps for the same reason: everyone was a blank page. I'd re-enter my goal, get a plan written for nobody, and the log I'd kept for two weeks was never read again.
AdimFit works the other way round. Log a session in three taps. Then ask the coach what to do tomorrow, and it answers from what you actually did on Tuesday. It adapts to the time you have, uses only the equipment you own, and shows a demo video for every movement.
A few things I chose on purpose: your streak counts weeks with two or more sessions, so rest days don't break it. Progress is about showing up, not the number on a scale.
