Hi Product Hunt. I built Adapt to Success after a year in which I sent 2,200 job applications and got two interviews. At the time I didn’t know applicant tracking systems existed. Every tool I found afterwards wanted an account, a subscription and my CV on their servers before it would show me anything.
Adapt to Success works the other way round. You upload your CV, paste the job ad if you like, and in under a minute you can read the whole result on screen, page by page, and switch between Before and After. If you like it, you pay once (EUR 6.99 in the EU, VAT included) and get a Word file. If you don’t, you close the tab and nothing is kept. You never need an account.
I’ve also written three articles on how these systems actually work, quoting the vendors’ own documentation, because a lot of what gets repeated about them is myth: ats.rip/explained/articles.
