I built Ad Breakeven after seeing “aim for 3×–4× ROAS” advice that never mentions margin.
At 50% margin, break-even is ~2× ROAS. At 25%, you need ~4× just to stop losing money. Platform dashboards show revenue — not profit after COGS and fees.
