This started with a feeling I think a lot of people know: you prep for an interview for
weeks, then a curveball question lands and you've got about 5 seconds to answer — and
all that prep doesn't help you in that moment.
We tried the existing AI tools and kept hitting the same walls: 3–5 second lag that's
useless mid-conversation, or just a thin ChatGPT wrapper that didn't understand
interview context.
So we got obsessive about one thing: getting you the right answer the instant you need
it. Acedly listens to the conversation, understands each question, and surfaces a

The hardest part wasn't the AI — it was latency. We rebuilt the pipeline three times to
get responses down to where it feels real-time instead of awkward.
