Hi! Lucas here from Automat, stoked to share what the team's been heads-down on: Ace. It’s Instinct or Muse but for work. The TL;DR: you can now hire an AI coworker. Ace shows up with its own computer, phone number, inbox, and logins, works inside the tools you already use, and hands back finished work- not just status updates. We’ve got a 14-day free trial, which should make it super easy to try out.. so.. try it out! and let us know what you think.
A few things people already hand to Ace:
1 ) Inbox triage, scheduling, and travel booking- the admin that eats your day
2 ) Research and first drafts, then the follow-ups to actually close the loop
3 ) Screening and ranking hundreds of job applicants with a project plan, in minutes
4 ) Mortgage ops: loan setup, chasing conditions, running verifications end to end
5 ) Digging a doc out of a dozen tools and managing the renewals you forgot about
6 ) Operations and general admin work that keeps the team running every day
If you have an AI teammate that can actually find paths to finish the work, what tasks would you hand off first?
Huge congrats on the launch, team! I saw a demo and got really impressed. Definitely the future!
This new growing wave of agentic personal assistants always act as you, with your inbox, your logins, your identity. While that's fine for personal errants, it's simply not good enough for a team doing real work at scale.
