A request arrives with half the details, someone retypes it into a quote, then into a booking, then into an invoice, and the driver gets the pickup instructions in a separate message. We built 4fleet so that one record carries the job from the first email to the payment.
What it does today:
- Customer emails become enquiries with the passengers, route, date, time and flight pulled out, and missing details flagged
- Quotes come from your own rate cards, so the price is always yours and never made up by AI
- An accepted quote becomes a booking: assign drivers and vehicles, or send the job to a partner operator and keep their agreed cost
- Drivers get their trips in the Android app, and invoices come from the bookings, with Stripe payment links
- Carson, the built-in AI assistant, drafts replies and finds bookings for your team to review
