Overwhelmed by endless to-do lists? 3ThingsPal helps you cut through the noise by focusing on what truly matters. Inspired by the "Rule of Three," this minimalist task manager is designed for ADHD brains and deep-work enthusiasts. No complex sub-tasks, no infinite scrolling—just three slots for your top priorities. Achieve more by doing less, and find your flow state without the anxiety of a cluttered schedule.
Hello Product Hunt community! 👋
I built 3ThingsPal because I was tired of failing my own to-do lists. Like many of you, I’d start the day with 20 tasks and end it feeling defeated because I only finished five. For those of us with ADHD tendencies, an infinite list isn't a tool—it's a source of anxiety.
3ThingsPal is based on a simple but powerful philosophy: The Rule of Three. By forcing yourself to choose only the three most important things each day, you give yourself permission to ignore the noise and enter a true Flow State.
Why it works:
Intentional Constraints: Three slots mean you have to prioritize.
Zero Friction: No folders, no tags, no fluff. Just focus.
Mental Clarity: Reduces the "cognitive load" of managing your manager.
I use this every day to manage my independent dev journey. It’s the "Pal" that keeps me grounded when things get chaotic. I’d love to hear: What are your 3 things for today?
Let's reclaim our attention together! 🚀
