I'm Seunghoon, a solo founder from Korea.
Korea is one of the fastest-aging countries in the world, and mid-career and senior job seekers here face a frustrating reality: decades of experience, but resumes that don't tell their story — and job platforms built for people in their 20s and 30s.
I built 01motion to change that. Instead of staring at a blank resume template, you build your resume through a guided conversation. Then you can paste any job posting link, and 01motion analyzes the role, saves it, and shows exactly how well your profile matches — with concrete suggestions to close the gap.
It also connects to a real business need: Korean law requires companies to support re-employment services for employees over 50, and 01motion helps companies meet that obligation.
The service is currently in Korean, focused on the Korean job market.
