- Mine the rejected pool for cross-role fits. AI reads every disqualified resume, suggests who might fit a DIFFERENT open role, drafts re-engagement emails. One test customer ran this against 800 rejections from a closed role, agent surfaced 23 fits, two got hired in two weeks.
