Zoye
The CRM You Never Need to Open
Send Zoye a WhatsApp message — or just a voice note from the car — and it logs the lead, creates the deal, assigns the follow-up, and books the meeting. Behind the chat sits a full workspace: CRM, tasks, calendar, docs, and reports. Built for founders and small teams who were never going to open a CRM anyway.

Who hunted Zoye?
Zoye was hunted by Marcell Toth. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hey Hunters!
We’re Alex & Marcell, founders of Zoye, building from a metropolis in Israel and a small town on the Danube in Hungary.
Our background is actually business, not software - and when we started running our own business, the tooling shocked me. To operate a company you're expected to run a CRM, a task manager, a calendar tool, a docs tool, and a reporting tool: five tools, five bills, five learning curves. And the CRM was the worst of them, because of a dirty secret:
Nobody fills in the CRM.
Not because people are lazy - because data entry is demanded at the worst possible moment. You close a meeting, you're walking to the car, your head is full of what was said... and the CRM expects you to sit down and type into eleven fields. So nobody does, the data flies out of the window (and your head), and the expensive system becomes a graveyard.
That's the moment Zoye is built for. You send it a WhatsApp message - or just hold the mic button and talk, like you would to a colleague:
"Just met Mike from MindGap, 75K deal, proposal due Friday. Assign Sarah and follow up Thursday."
And Zoye does the rest:
1 - Creates the contact and the $75K deal in your pipeline
2 - Assigns the proposal task to Sarah with the Friday deadline
3 - Books the Thursday follow-up in your calendar
4 - Nudges you if the deal goes quiet
Now we are working on the Zoye notetaker so you wouldn’t even have to ask the agent – it will suggest you everything based on what happened on the online meeting.
Behind the chat there's a full workspace - CRM, tasks, docs, calendar, budget, reports - for when you do want to look at a dashboard. But the point is that you rarely need to.
One customer said setting up everything in Zoye took her less than 4 minutes. She hasn’t left us since
Second said he would only pay for the Whatsapp feature itself the same amount as for the rest. We still charge him the usual price 😊
Another guy wanted an automation, which he thought impossible to execute with Whatsapp. Normal day job for Zoye …
We launched an early version here in January. Since then Zoye got its WhatsApp integration, voice-note commands, proactive alerts, and one-line workspace setup - which is why we're back.
We'll be here all day (we have nothing else to do, so genuinely all day :). Two things we'd love from you:
1. What's the one thing your current CRM makes miserable?
2. Try sending Zoye a voice note and tell me where it breaks.
