I've been struggling with my own screen time for years. Tried Freedom, tried Cold Turkey, tried Apple's built-in tools. They all felt like putting yourself in jail — hard blocks, guilt trips, no real insight into why you're reaching for your phone.
So I built something different.
It's called Zovy. The idea is simple: gentle nudges before you hit a limit (not after), honest daily insights, and one account that syncs across every device you own — phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, browser.
The thing I'm most proud of is the family side. My biggest frustration with existing apps is that none of them work properly across platforms. If you're an Android parent trying to manage your kid's iPad — good luck. Zovy fixes that.
