I was inspired to build this after reading some articles on how young people are replacing basic human interactions with chatbots and creating AI 'girlfriends' that are negatively affecting their relationships with real individuals.
One thing the articles frequently mentioned was the "shame" attached so such an addiction, so I decided to include a variety of 'coaches' in the app that help talk the user through their detox and help during the toughest days.
The app isn't just aimed at chatbot users, but can help cut down your reliance on general AI tools as well.
The various detox modes are aimed at suiting every personality and lifestyle - some may prefer to quit cold-turkey, while others might prefer a gentle taper to their AI use.
One important note - this is not a medical app, it's a simple habit-breaking tool designed to give you a push in the right direction.
