I'm the co-founder of Pythia, and over the years we've worked on many Zendesk implementations and Help Center customizations.
One thing I kept noticing is that even relatively simple Zendesk Guide theming still takes a lot of manual work. Many teams either stay with the default Copenhagen theme or spend days (weeks, months) adapting it.
So I built ZenTemple.
ZenTemple lets you:
- describe your business (or paste your website),
- generate a Zendesk Help Center theme,
- preview and edit the result,
- then download the ZIP or deploy directly to Zendesk Guide.
Today, ZenTemple supports:
- homepage/category/article page generation,
- visual editing for texts/colors/fonts/links,
- Zendesk deployment flow,
- downloadable theme packages.
The goal is not to replace custom development, but to dramatically speed up the initial Help Center creation process.
