Born in the early 80s as a Muslim, I observed a notable difference in the Islamic decor of homes belonging to my peers compared to those of our parents' generation. In the homes of fellow Muslims of my age group, there seemed to be a lack of Islamic-inspired decorations. This contrasted significantly with our parents' homes, where such pieces were often found throughout the living space. Curious about this, I started chatting with others and did my own research, eventually concluding that the available styles simply didn't align with the modern taste in decor. This inspired me to pursue a mission: to create art and decor that is both contemporary and meaningful, blending Islamic elements with captivating and intriguing designs. As I continue to work on new pieces, my aim is to expand the collection with appealing ideas that resonate with today's aesthetic preferences while maintaining a subtle Islamic essence.
