Hey everyone, maker here 👋 Yupa is the thing I wish I'd had every single time I've moved house. I've moved a lot. And every time, the research process is always the same mess. Dozens of browser tabs, contradicting opinions in forums, visits to the area in daylight and at 9pm, and at the end of it I'm still not sure if I'm about to make a good decision or an expensive mistake. The data already exists. Crime, schools, prices, deprivation, flood risk, planning. All public, just buried in 40+ government datasets nobody reads. So most people end up choosing where to live based on what a stranger said in a forum thread once. I wanted something I could just talk to. Ask all the the awkward questions I had. So I built Yupa. You search an area or a property in the UK and chat about it. AI agents fetch the relevant data and provide a data-backed response. UK-only for launch. The data infra took months because a country's worth of government data is genuinely huge. Expanding from here. Try it on a postcode you know well and tell me how the chat holds up.
