YouTube Loop Station
Practice guitar riffs by looping any YouTube video
Unlike YouTube's clunky loop, this tool lets you mark exact start/end of any section, slow it down, and save intervals to a personal collection. No signup required — paste any YouTube link and practice. Includes a small starter pack of pre-set beginner riffs to demo the workflow instantly.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm a self-taught guitarist who got tired of rewinding the same YouTube solo 50 times just to learn a 12-second riff. YouTube's loop is clunky, and there's no way to save "the solo starts at 1:23, ends at 1:38."
So I built YouTube Loop Station — a dead-simple browser tool that lets you:
• Paste any YouTube link
• Mark start/end of any section
• Loop it, slow it down, save it
• Build a personal library of riffs (up to 10 videos, 15 intervals each)
It started as a weekend project on lovable.dev for my own practice, but friends started using it, so I added shareable links and JSON export.
The featured tracks on the homepage are a small starter pack of simple beginner riffs with intervals already prepared — the fastest way to see how the app works if you've just opened it for the first time.
I'd love your honest feedback — especially from guitarists, but also from anyone who uses YouTube to learn skills. What would make this indispensable for your practice routine?
P.S. Everything runs in the browser, no backend, no accounts. Your collection lives in localStorage.
