You put tasks on a board, the squad picks them up and works on your own files, on your own computer, and nothing is done until you approve it. We started with software teams. Hi everyone, I'm Raina, co-founder of xSquads.
We first built xSquads as an AI squad for software teams. When we took it to engineering leaders, most told us they already had it covered. The people who got excited were in marketing and operations. They have the same problem developers had: a pile of small jobs, like reports, research, follow-ups and first drafts, that keeps slipping.
Chat tools help you think it through, but you're still the one who opens the file and does the work. So we rebuilt xSquads for them.
xSquads for Work is a desktop app. You get a small squad of named AI teammates, each with a different role. You drop tasks on a board, they pick up the cards and work on your own files, and every card stops in a Review column until you approve it. Your files stay on your machine.
It's for anyone at work with more tasks than hours. It's free during early access, and you can download it from xsquads.ai.
