Hi Product Hunt, I'm Somnath. I built XPlan because every time I packed for a trip or office day out, I kept asking myself, "Did I forget something?"
My first React Native side project, a RAG file explorer, never made it to deployment. XPlan did and faster than planned. It's a small win, but for me it's proof that shipping in public works.
XPlan is an AI planning companion for trips, treks, office day outs, and weekend escapes. You tell it where you're going, and it researches the context to suggest what to take, what matters most, and what's optional. It turns that into a board with priorities, quantities, and done/undone states so you can see exactly what's pending.
Under the hood, it's built with React Native + Expo and is fully open source. If you're cautious about sideloaded APKs, you can inspect the code or run it yourself from the GitHub repo.
