XOROX
Project context that works across AI coding agents
XOROX gives your coding agents a shared project context. Manage rulesets, specifications, and tasks once, then use them across tools like Cursor and Claude Code. Keep context outside any single repository or agent, connect existing sources like GitHub and Notion, and revoke access when a client engagement ends.
I built XOROX after repeatedly running into the same problem while using AI coding agents: project context ends up tied to a repository, a specific agent, or scattered across different tools.
Rules are a good example. If every developer keeps a copy in their repository or agent configuration, those copies can drift. Someone updates a rule, but other developers may keep working with an older version without realizing it.
I wanted a single source of truth for the context a project depends on (rulesets, specifications, and work) that stays connected to the coding agents using it. Update a ruleset in XOROX, and developers using that project get the updated context instead of maintaining separate copies.
With XOROX, that context stays independent from Cursor, Claude Code, or any single repository. You can also connect existing sources like GitHub and Notion instead of moving everything into XOROX.
Also, as an agency, you might want to keep your own development standards and delivery knowledge separate from a client’s repository. You can connect that context while working on a client project and revoke access when the engagement ends.
The current version supports Cursor and Claude Code, with the core project context workflow in place. I’m curious to see how this fits into the way other developers and teams are already working.
Thanks for checking it out - I’ll be here answering questions throughout the launch.

Who hunted XOROX?
XOROX was hunted by Roland R. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hello!
