Xiryn

The open-source personal agent that runs on your computer

Xiryn is a free, open-source personal agent that does what Muse, Grok Bot and Dots do — on your own computer. Each agent gets its own Linux desktop in Docker, so it browses, researches, codes and fills forms in the background without touching your screen. No account, no telemetry: your data stays on your disk. Any model, local ones too. Control it from anywhere through Telegram — approve payments with one tap or take over its screen from your phone. One command sets it up.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Sourav, the maker of Xiryn. This year Muse, Grok Bot and Dots showed what a personal agent with its own computer can do. But they run in someone else's cloud — with your conversations, your logins and, when they shop for you, your card. I wanted the same thing, on my own machine. So I built Xiryn and open-sourced it. What makes it different: 🖥️ Its own computer — every agent works on a Linux desktop in Docker on your machine. It never moves your mouse or takes your screen, so you keep working while it browses, researches and codes. 🔒 Private by design — no account, no telemetry. Chats, memory and keys live in one file on your disk. Cards and logins sit in an encrypted vault; the agent never sees them, and every payment waits for your yes. 📱 Control from anywhere — message your agents on Telegram, approve a payment with one tap, or take over the agent's screen from your phone. 🧠 Any model — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI, Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or local with Ollama and LM Studio. 👥 Squads — agents hand work to each other, each on its own model and machine. Setup is one command (or paste one prompt into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor). It's MIT licensed and free — you only pay your model provider, or nothing with a local model. I'd love your feedback: what's the first thing you'd hand to your own agent?

Who hunted Xiryn?

Xiryn was hunted by sourav bera. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
