Hey all! I'm super thrilled to hand XCalSync over to you.
Often times I would have some events from my personal calendar that will conflict with the work calendar. Though I can see both the calendars in a single place, people from my work can't see personal appointments of mine (rightfully so), but I wanted an easy way to let them know that I'm unavailable at certain time. With remote work, the problem is more profound.
And also, when I was consulting in the past and with multiple clients, I would often end up with multiple calendars for each of the clients. It's the same story there as well. This often leads to events getting booked on both the calendars at the same time simply because it is available.
That's why I built XCalSync.
XCalSync is built for people who have multiple calendars or those who work remotely and manage appointments on different calendars. On a private beta, I've also found it is very well received for service providers to manage their appointment availability for their stores.
I designed XCalSync to work in the background completely. Connect your accounts, setup a sync and forget it.
For me, XCalSync is a success when you can forget that such a tool is running for you. 😌
