Wrapday

Know exactly when your workday ends

Wrapday is a lightweight macOS menu bar app for people with flexible working hours. It automatically records when you start work, calculates when your workday ends, and shows how much time is left at a glance. It can also detect when you actually finish, keep your work history, and show monthly stats. No account, no subscription, and your workday data stays on your Mac.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Wrapday because I have flexible working hours and got tired of doing the same calculation every morning: “I started at 9:36 today... so what time can I leave?” It started as a tiny tool just for myself. I wanted something that could automatically remember when I started work, calculate when I could finish, and stay quietly in the Mac menu bar. Over time, I added automatic finish detection, work history, and monthly stats — but I’ve tried to keep the original idea simple: open your Mac, and know when your workday ends. There’s no account required, your workday data stays on your Mac, and Pro is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. This is my first time sharing Wrapday with users outside China, so I’d genuinely love to hear how people with flexible schedules handle this. How do you currently keep track of when your workday ends?
