Worktivity
Transparent time tracking with an AI productivity coach
We rebuilt Worktivity end to end: 9 releases in 21 days. Native apps on macOS, Windows and Linux, a Chrome extension that needs nothing installed, and a Productivity Coach that reads work patterns and flags burnout instead of just counting hours. Transparent by design: teams choose the schedule and blur, and people can see what is tracked.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
We took our own product offline in pieces and rebuilt it: website, web app and every desktop agent, from scratch, in 21 days.
The part we care about most is the Productivity Coach. Most time trackers count hours. This one reads work patterns and warns you when someone is heading toward burnout, then hands managers a weekly AI summary and a PDF report.
We also went transparent by design: the person being tracked can see exactly what is recorded, and admins choose the schedule and blur.
Would love your feedback on the coach and the transparency model. Happy to answer anything.

Who hunted Worktivity?
Worktivity was hunted by Internative. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
