Worse, I'd built Workshopr as five separate apps, because building an app is easier than building a product. Every time the workshop grew a phase, it got a new URL and its own header.
The workshop was one thing; the software was a commute. So I fixed my own commute. One frame, one workshop: the pitch, the agenda, the room, the readout.
