Word Sprout: Daily Vocabulary
One word a day, with Hindi meanings. No ads, no account.
One new word a day — meaning, part of speech, Hindi translation, synonym/antonym, and example sentences. Answer a quick quiz to lock it in, and a plant mascot grows with your streak. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, nothing tracked — everything stays on your device. Full VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduced Motion support built in from day one. Solo-built, because I wanted a vocabulary app that respected my time instead of trying to maximize it.
Hi PH! I built Word Sprout because I couldn't find a vocabulary app that didn't want an account, show ads, or skip Hindi meanings — the one thing that actually helps a word stick for a lot of learners.
It's solo-built, free, and genuinely has nothing tracked: no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. Full VoiceOver/accessibility support too, not bolted on later.
Would love feedback — especially on anything I got wrong on the privacy or accessibility front, since I'm not an expert on either, just someone who cared enough to try.
