wkearly

The alarm that makes you actually get up

wkearly is an Android alarm that won't stop ringing until you solve a math problem, do push-ups, or snap a photo of the sky. It also tracks how much you actually slept, you log bedtime the night before, so your streak rewards real rest, not just tapping dismiss on time.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 For the past 3 years, I have been struggling everytime trying to wake on time, but as always sleep late then wake late. I have been setting alarms but I can easly hit snooze and get back to sleep. So I thought what if we build something that actually make you wake up? That's wkearly: an Android alarm that refuses to stop ringing until you complete a real mission, a math problem, a set of push-ups, a photo of the sky, making your bed, scanning a barcode. No mission, no silence. The part I care about most, though, is the sleep tracking. Almost every alarm app only measures when you woke up. wkearly also asks when you went to bed, you log it the night before to arm the alarm so a "win" requires waking up on time and actually getting enough sleep. It's the difference between rewarding "didn't snooze" and rewarding "actually rested." A few things I made sure of, since this is the app waking you up: • It survives being swiped away it's a real full-screen alarm, not a notification • It survives a reboot, no need to reopen the app first • There's always an emergency stop-ringing option in Settings, a bad connection can never lock you out of your own alarm It's free to use ,one alarm, all the core missions, streaks. Premium unlocks unlimited alarms, the photo/scan missions, and drops ads, if you want to go further. I'd genuinely love to hear: what's the one thing about your current alarm that lets you down? Happy to answer anything about how this works under the hood too.
