Learn SQL Blockchain Analytics by querying real crypto data
Learn the skills to become a $120K+ blockchain data analyst WizardCamp teaches onchain SQL by doing, not watching tutorials: 80+ graded exercises across 12 modules, from SQL fundamentals to real Ethereum data (DEX swaps, MEV, L2s, Uniswap, Aave). Runs in your browser, instant grading. Earn profesionnal certificates with public links hiring managers can verify. Built by the former data lead at Binance and Morpho. Solana track coming soon. Free plan available
Hey Product Hunt, I'm Vincent
Most crypto data analysts learned blockchain analytics with SQL on two free tools: Flipside and Dune. Flipside shutdown in early 2026. In September, Dune made its free plan view-only, so running a single query now costs $75 a month. The next generation of analysts just lost the place they practiced
So I built WizardCamp: a question, a schema, a SQL editor and a grader, on real Ethereum data. It runs in your browser, and Pro is $15 a month (or 12 if you go with the yearly plan)
I built the data and BI functions at Binance and Morpho from zero. The skill that mattered most was never SQL syntax. It was knowing what the data means.
An internal-call trace carries the full transaction value at its root, so a naive UNION ALL counts the same ETH twice. An inner join to a token metadata table silently drops WBTC. You don't learn that from SQL tutorials on a movie database
How it works:
- Read the question. The concept, schema and hint are on one screen.
- Write the query. Nothing to install, it runs in your browser.
- Hit Run. Grading is instant and shows which rows are wrong.
What's inside: 80+ exercises across 12 modules (tokens, NFTs, DeFi, traces, MEV, bridges, L2s, RWAs, oracles, stablecoins), plus Uniswap and Aave protocol packs.
Five certificates, each with a public link a hiring manager can verify.
The first 9 exercises and the SQL Foundations certificate are free.
Next up is a Solana track, because learners already asked for it.
One ask: try an exercise and tell me where it confused you or where the grader felt unfair. I'm reading every comment today :)
