I'm Peter, the person behind Withold.
I built this because I needed it and it didn't exist. For years I lived with severe OCD and anxiety. I know what it feels like when a spike hits and the urge to do a compulsion feels impossible to resist. I know the desperate search for an answer that will make it stop.
What I needed wasn't another meditation app or mood tracker. I needed something that could meet me in the chaos, help me understand what was happening, and point me toward the right action, without lying to me by making it feel better.
Withold won't give you reassurance. That's intentional. Every design decision was made by someone who has been through this disorder, not by a team of engineers guessing what sufferers need.
