WireGum is a lightweight commerce backend for existing websites. Add a single script to your site, then turn any element into a product using simple data attributes. WireGum handles the cart, product variants, inventory, orders, shipping, and connects to Stripe for checkout and payments. Unlike traditional ecommerce platforms, WireGum doesn't own your storefront. Keep using your CMS, static site, or custom stack and build the frontend however you want.
WireGum is built for small independent stores selling physical products, with their own identity and relatively low sales volumes.
It started as something I needed for a few of my own client projects, and I eventually decided to turn it into a product.
