Windfall 2.0
Track spending with Siri, Smart Entry, and calm budgets
Windfall 2.0 is a major update to the private iPhone money tracker. Type a sentence, use Siri or Shortcuts, scan a receipt, or share a PDF invoice—then review the prepared merchant, amount, category, account, and date before saving. The new experience adds Liquid Glass, widgets, budgets, spending trends, heat maps, smart alerts, multi-currency totals, CSV export, and optional On Device Only parsing, without connecting a bank.
Windfall started as a simple expense tracker. For 2.0, I rebuilt the everyday capture flow around the moments people actually remember spending: typing a sentence, speaking to Siri, scanning a receipt, or sharing a PDF invoice. The result is a fast, review-first workflow with budgets, trends, widgets, alerts, and an optional On Device Only parsing mode. I’m launching this update to learn: which capture method would you use most, and what would make you trust a finance app enough to use it daily? Windfall is free to download with an optional Pro upgrade.
