WidgetStrike allows you to embed a feedback widget into any page and collect user feedback directly. Users don't have to signup/login to WidgetStrike, they can just type in their feedback and submit!
WidgetStrike will only load a tiny <10kb script so your site remains responsive and the widget loads immediately.
