WhatCampaign
The Campaign Management tool for Paid Media
Most paid media tools own one slice: creative gen, reporting, or one platform. WhatCampaign owns the connective tissue. One workspace for the full lifecycle: brief, plan, approve, publish, report: across Google, Meta, and many more digital advertising platforms. WhatCampaign is focused on Agency-native: multi-client structure, role-based access, real approval workflows that invalidate on material changes, full modification tracking. Built by paid media specialists. The tool we wished existed.
I was once a campaign manager for a massive publisher in MENA. Every Monday started the same way — opening 12 tools that didn't talk to each other.
Briefs in email chains. Strategy in Slack. Plans in Sheets. Approvals buried in threads. Reports built by stitching screenshots from 5 dashboards into a deck at 9pm on the 28th.
We tried every tool on the market. Built multiple workflows. None of them did what we needed.
So we built WhatCampaign.
It's the workspace where paid media operators can:
Plan campaigns with media plans, briefs, and channel mix in one view — with an AI copilot to help on execution
Get strategy and creative approved before launch (no more email-thread approvals)
Publish to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt
Track every campaign across every client in one dashboard
Build reports without exporting CSVs from 5 platforms
What makes WhatCampaign different: Built for the agency model — multi-client workspaces, role-based access, custom fields per client, stakeholder invites at every level. Real approval workflows where every material change triggers re-review with full modification tracking. Spatial commenting on creative. Brand kit per client. And an AI copilot that finds campaigns, explains reports, and asks before it acts — because we'd rather underpromise on AI than ship hallucinations into a $500k media plan.

Who hunted WhatCampaign?
WhatCampaign was hunted by Aroofa Ahmed. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
