Wedding Charts
Wedding seating charts drawn to scale, seated automatically
Most seating tools treat the room like a spreadsheet. Wedding Charts draws it to scale: round and banquet tables, the sweetheart table, dance floor and bar. Import your guest list, set keep-apart and keep-together rules, and auto-seat the room. Then export a print-ready seating poster, escort cards and place cards, share a QR seat finder, and collect RSVPs by link. Free to start in your browser (one chart, up to 50 guests), plus a native Mac app.
Hi Product Hunt! I built Wedding Charts because every seating tool I tried treated the room like a spreadsheet, when seating is really a spatial problem: which tables sit near the band, who can't sit together, how many chairs actually fit a long table.
So it draws the room to scale first and seats people second. Import your guest list, add keep-apart and keep-together rules, hit auto-seat, then print the poster, escort cards and place cards. Guests can find their seat from a QR code on the day, and you can collect RSVPs by link.
You can try it in the browser without signing up. I'd love feedback on the auto-seating rules and on anything that felt slow when you drew your venue.
