WedBuild
The all-in-one wedding planner you pay for once
Wedding planning usually means five apps and 10 spreadsheets. WedBuild runs everything from one guest list — an RSVP updates your headcount, dietaries, budget and seating chart in one motion. Includes drag-and-drop visual seating chart, QR "Find My Seat" codes guests scan at the reception (we built it for our own wedding first), a budget tracker, checklist, AI assistant and a free wedding website. Free to start; A$99/A$199 once. Never a subscription — weddings end, software bills should too.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Henry here, one half of WedBuild. A year ago Elise and I got married. I'm an accountant, she's an engineer — and we still ended up with a budget and guest list in two spreadsheets that never agreed with each other, plus a plan spread across a dozen open tabs.
The first thing we ever built was a QR code for our own reception — guests scanned it and saw their table, the room map, and who they were sitting with. We thought it was a nice touch. It was the thing people talked about all night. So we spent the next year of evenings and weekends building the rest of the wedding around that idea: everything connected to one guest list. One RSVP updates your headcount, your dietary tallies and your seating chart. No re-typing, no version confusion.
Two decisions we're stubborn about:
Pay once (A$99/A$199), never subscribe. Your wedding ends; your software bill should too.
The free plan is real — guest list, RSVPs and a full wedding website, no credit card required.
🎁 For Product Hunt: 20% off Pro with code HUNTED for launch week.
We'd love to hear: what was the most chaotic part of planning your wedding (or the one you're dreading)? We're building the roadmap from exactly those answers.

Who hunted WedBuild?
WedBuild was hunted by Henry Schofield. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
