I'm launching File Suite — a free collection of 29 browser-based file tools: PDF editing, image conversion, audio/video conversion, Office document conversion, OCR text extraction, and subtitle conversion, all in one place.
Same story as most tools like this: I got tired of uploading files to random sites just to merge two PDFs or pull text out of a scanned image — never sure where that file actually went, waiting on a slow server queue, hitting a paywall halfway through. So I built the version I wanted: everything runs locally via WebAssembly, right in your browser. Your files never leave your machine.
What I tried to get right:
Nothing is uploaded anywhere. PDF merges, image conversions, OCR — all processed client-side, no server round-trip.
No signup to use anything. All 29 tools work fully for free, no account required.
Pro is a one-time $29, not a subscription. It raises per-batch file limits (5–10 files free → up to 100 on Pro) and unlocks a few extras like print-quality exports and custom bitrates — pay once, keep it forever.
