WebIntake
Ask Once, Get Everything.
WebIntake helps freelance web designers and developers collect everything they need to start a client project. Create a request for files, written answers, links, dates, and other project details, then share one link with your client. Clients can respond without creating an account and return later to finish. Track what has arrived and what is still missing from one dashboard. Reuse ready-made templates for future projects, set due dates & download uploads together with a summary of the answers.

Hi everyone 👋 WebIntake started with a familiar problem in website projects: the logo arrives by email, the copy is in another thread, and the reference links are somewhere in chat. Work gets delayed while everyone tries to work out what is still missing. WebIntake puts those requests in one place. Web designers and developers can ask for files, content, links, dates, and project details, then send one link to the client. Clients don’t need an account and can come back to finish later. You can track what has arrived, and paid plans can send reminders for what’s missing. There’s a free plan with three active requests. If you work on client websites, I’d love to know: what do you spend the most time chasing—copy, brand assets, or something else?
