We kept seeing the same problem in local businesses: clinics, salons, gyms — they were losing sales and appointments simply because they couldn't keep up with WhatsApp and Instagram messages fast enough. Someone books a slot, needs to pay, wants to reschedule — and by the time the owner replies, the customer already moved on or just forgot. So we built an AI agent that lives inside WhatsApp and Instagram, handles the whole conversation, books the appointment, takes the payment through Mercado Pago, and follows up automatically. The hardest part was making the agent feel natural in a real sales conversation, not like a rigid bot reading a script.
