I built Wably because I kept seeing the same problem across appointment based businesses: professionals were spending too much time answering repetitive questions, managing bookings, handling reschedules, sending reminders, and chasing missed appointments instead of focusing on their actual work.
Most customers already prefer to communicate through WhatsApp, yet existing booking solutions force them into external portals, forms, or apps that create friction and often lead to abandoned bookings.
I wanted to create a solution that works where customers already are. Wably turns WhatsApp into an intelligent virtual receptionist that can answer questions, manage appointments, send reminders, update calendars, collect reviews, and provide instant responses 24/7.
The goal is simple: help businesses save time, reduce administrative workload, improve customer experience, and never miss an opportunity because they were too busy to answer a message.
