Hey everyone 👋
I started building VoxyFlow while working on a project for a client in Germany. I needed to understand German documentation quickly: most of the time, I only needed one word translated; sometimes, a phrase. I also wanted audio pronunciation to get used to hearing German.
PDF documents were another problem. Many extensions simply didn’t work with them.
At the time, I couldn’t find an extension that had everything I needed, so I decided to make my own. At first, VoxyFlow was meant to be a small internal tool for myself. I thought it wouldn’t take much time. It did :)
Over time, it grew with useful features and became a really useful tool for me. So I decided to make it public. Maybe it can help other people who read or work in another language too.
I’m still developing VoxyFlow and would be very happy to get your feedback. What is most important to you in an extension like this? What is missing for you now?
