I'm the founder of Vouchpi, and I'm excited (and a little nervous) to finally share what we've been building.
Vouchpi started with a pretty simple idea: **Good work deserves to be seen.**
Think about how many freelancers, agencies, and small businesses deliver amazing work, receive a lovely message from their client, and then... that's it. The appreciation stays buried in a WhatsApp conversation, and the next potential customer never sees it.
We wanted to change that by making it easier to collect and showcase genuine, verified client experiences.
But as we worked on Vouchpi, something became clear.
**The problem wasn't just what happened after the work. It was everything happening before it, too.**
A quotation in one tool. An approval buried in a chat. Client details in a spreadsheet. Documents scattered across folders. And when the project is finally complete, there's rarely a proper handover.
For a small business, that's a lot of unnecessary work.
So we expanded Vouchpi into a connected workspace where you can:
