So VoicyAgent asks for a description instead.
Tell it what your business does in a sentence - hours, what you book, who to put people through to - and it writes the whole call flow: greet, answer questions, book the appointment, take a name and a number. You can test a call with it in the browser before you touch a phone line, and when it's ready, you go live as a widget on your site or a real phone number.
The part I care most about is what it will NOT do. The agent answers from your own words and says it doesn't know instead of guessing. Ask a booking agent if 8 pm is free, and it won't invent an opening - it takes your request and says it will be confirmed. For a business, a confidently wrong price or a made-up booking is worse than "let me take a message." The guardrail engine that enforces this is ours, built in-house, and runs on every single call.
What it is not: it's not a general chatbot, and it's not trying to replace your team. One voice agent, done properly, for a business that needs to answer its phone.
