What inspired me to build this? I was talking to a BPO owner running 500 concurrent voice bots. His monthly bill? Around $75,000. Just for the AI calls, not even his infrastructure. How did I approach or process evolve while working on this launch? We started by trying to optimize LLM calls, caching, smaller models, prompt compression. But the math never worked.
