This idea came from my own daily workflow. I do a lot of vibe coding — constantly communicating all kinds of ideas to AI. It requires heavy, unlimited voice input every day.
But every good tool I found was a subscription — monthly or yearly — and the cost adds up. The cloud-based ones also meant sending sensitive work material to a server, which I wasn't comfortable with.
So I built Voconly. Open source, runs entirely on your device, no internet required. No subscription, no usage caps, no privacy concerns — just a voice input tool you can use as much as you need.
