VitaDex
Open a Dex card from life — collect what you meet.
Most apps ask “what species is this?” VitaDex asks “do you want to keep this moment?” Snap plants, animals, or objects on iPhone → open a TCG-craft Dex card with foil and gilt. Optional Deep Scan makes real stereo (USDZ) + AR on supported devices; otherwise you still get a beautiful flat card with motion sheen. Fully offline, no login, you name every find. A personal bio-dex built for ritual and collecting—not recognition APIs.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I kept photographing leaves, cats, and roadside finds—then never looking at them again. Species apps name the thing; scan apps spit out a file. Neither felt like collecting. So I built VitaDex: snap → open a foil Dex card → keep it offline on your iPhone. You name it. On Pro devices with LiDAR, Deep Scan can add a real USDZ for Stereo & AR; otherwise the flat card still feels alive with tilt sheen. No accounts, no cloud Dex, no fake 3D. Just the ritual of opening a card from life. Would love your thoughts—especially if you’re a walker, gardener, or TCG nerd who wants that “pack open” feeling without a storefront.
