I built Vita because I wanted a simpler way to understand my own nutrition.
My interest in nutrition started after losing my mom to cancer when I was 20, and over the years I’ve spent a lot of time learning about food, health, and how nutrition impacts the way we feel every day. That journey taught me a lot, but I always felt frustrated by how difficult and unnatural nutrition tracking apps felt.
Most apps revolve around calorie counting, barcode scanning, and constant measuring. I wanted something that felt easier and more human.
Vita lets you describe what you ate naturally, almost like texting a friend, while helping you better understand your nutrient intake and overall nutrition without obsessing over every detail.
What started as something I wanted for myself eventually grew into something I felt ready to share with others. My hope is that Vita can help people build healthier relationships with food, health, and long-term wellbeing.
