VisuTry
Free private face-shape check for smarter glasses choices
VisuTry adds a free, private face-shape detector that runs on-device with no login or credits. It shows measured facial proportions and turns the result into practical glasses guidance, then lets shoppers preview product images and compare frames before buying. It is a visual style aid, not medical or physical-fit advice.
I built VisuTry because choosing glasses online usually breaks into disconnected steps: generic face-shape advice on one site, then a catalog-limited try-on somewhere else. This launch makes the first step free and private, shows the measurements behind the result, and connects it directly to frame advice, try-on, and comparison. I would especially value feedback on whether the result feels clear, trustworthy, and useful for the next shopping decision.

Who hunted VisuTry?
VisuTry was hunted by Frank Sun. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
