I built Visual Orders after watching Shopify merchants (including myself) spend far too much time scanning product names and SKUs while fulfilling orders.
For many stores, especially those selling custom products, gifts, signs, apparel, or products with lots of colour variations, it's much faster to recognise a product by its image than by reading its title.
The problem surprised me because Shopify already has product images everywhere else, but not where they're often needed most: the order queue.
So I built Visual Orders to bring product images directly into the fulfilment workflow. The goal is simple: help merchants find products faster, reduce packing mistakes, and make order fulfilment a little less frustrating.
