Hey Product Hunt! I’m Sean, founder of Virtual Dispatcher.
I built Virtual Dispatcher around a simple problem: home service businesses lose real jobs when the phone rings and nobody can answer.
A plumber, HVAC tech, electrician, or other service professional might be on a job, driving, talking to another customer, or simply closed for the night. But the person calling usually isn’t going to wait—they call the next company.
Virtual Dispatcher is my answer to that. It’s a 24/7 AI receptionist that can answer calls naturally, handle common questions, qualify leads, capture customer information, identify urgent calls, and help move callers toward booking a job.
My goal is to give small home service businesses the kind of 24/7 phone coverage that normally requires adding more staff, while still making the experience feel helpful and professional for the caller.
