Hey everyone, Brad here, maker of VIGIL.
I've spent my career in networks and security. In that
world, an assistant that hedges or tells you what you
want to hear isn't a convenience, it's a liability. So
when I looked at the AI market, I saw brilliant models
wrapped in personalities built to flatter, and I wanted
to build the opposite.
VIGIL is my answer. An AI platform with a fixed
standard: tell the truth even when it's inconvenient,
keep it clean, stay loyal to the person you serve. On
top of that sit the tools I actually needed: live web
research with cited sources, real downloadable
documents, transcription, a public API, and VIGIL-Code,
a local coding crew that builds software on your own
machine with your approval on every gate.
I'm a one-man team. No venture money, no growth hacks,
just conviction and a lot of late nights. The values on
the About page are mine, not marketing copy.
