ViewBuddy helps you find movies and shows through friends: ratings, reviews, watchlists, playlists, taste comparison, and activity feeds. It is built for the real moment when the group chat cannot decide what to watch.
I built ViewBuddy because choosing what to watch with friends still feels more annoying than it should.
The app is built around a simple idea: friend taste is usually a better shortcut than another generic recommendation row.

- is the solo-user value clear before friends join?
- should the app lean harder into group decision-making?
